I have always been interested in history but I haven’t read any history books yet because I haven’t gotten into the habit of reading non-fiction yet. But only a few history fiction books have been read. In the meanwhile, the ancestors of the pub liked the book very much.
The author has taken the story forward with the history of the first decade of the seventeenth century. The atrocities of the Portuguese, the war of the Bara Bhuiyans with the Mughals, the muslin, the discussion of the rivers of that time, the discussion of the villages, the story of a weaver’s family, the story of a brave woman who has overcome all but beautifully presented to the society.
As a reader, I like the book.
Hmmm, let’s just say I’ve seen a lot of hard work in the past, but it’s been a long time coming. It is like finishing a book of only 128 pages in one sitting. As a reader I would encourage anyone to read the book ..
